Cancellation Policy

Dear Client, Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least [24 hour] notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than [24 hours] will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be $50.00. If you miss an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a "No Show" appointment and result in a fee of $50.00. If you are more than [15 minutes] late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you and is considered as "No Show" appointment. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you in this case, the same cancellation fee ($50.00) will apply. Additionally, if a client misses 3 (three) or more appointments (this includes less than 24-hour rescheduling), we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee of $150.00, in addition we have the right to blacklist the client after 3 cancellations/rescheduling in a row. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
